Jerusalem with thousands of years of history behind it. One of the most amazing and unique places to visit in the world. Jerusalem has survived many wars and occupations over thousands of years. All of the major religions consider Jerusalem to be their own, the Christians, the Jews, and the Moslems. The Christians have the Church of the Holy Sepulcher, where it was said that Jesus was crucified. The Jews have the Temple Mount with the Western Wall, where the first and second holy temples once stood. The Moslems have the Dome of the Rock, where it is believed that Muhammad rose to heaven with the angel Gabriel.
Dead Sea is devoid of animal or plant life because of the 33% salt content. The Dead Sea is said to be a cure for most skin ailments, and the water is very soothing for aches and pains. It is located at the lowest point on Earth.
