| Sending offers and travel tips | Your consent, or our legitimate interest for similar tours you booked. You can opt out at any time. |
4. Who we share it with
We share only what each party needs to do its part.
- Tour partners: local guides, drivers and transport companies, hotels and desert camps, airlines (for tours that include flights), attractions and border or visa agents in Israel, Jordan and Egypt.
- Border and government authorities: when a border crossing, visa or flight requires it.
- Payment: Stripe, which processes card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Link payments under its own privacy policy.
- Service providers: our website host (servers in the Netherlands), Cloudflare (security and delivery), Microsoft 365 (email), our booking management system, WhatsApp messaging tools, Google (analytics and advertising measurement) and our accountants and advisers.
- Legal reasons: when the law requires it, or to protect our rights, for example in a payment dispute.
We do not sell or rent your personal data.
5. International transfers
Because we run tours across borders, your data may be processed in Israel, Jordan, Egypt, the European Union, the United States and other countries where our partners or providers operate. The European Commission recognizes Israel as providing adequate protection for personal data. When we use providers in other countries, we rely on their contractual safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses.
6. How long we keep it
We keep booking, payment and communication records for as long as we need them to deliver the tour, answer questions, handle disputes and meet legal, tax and accounting rules. After that we delete or anonymize them. Passport details are used only for the booking that needs them.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can:
- ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
- ask us to correct or update it;
- ask us to delete it, unless we must keep it by law or for an open booking or dispute;
- object to, or ask us to limit, how we use it;
- withdraw consent to marketing at any time;
- receive your data in a portable format (EU and UK residents).
Email [email protected] and we will reply within 30 days. You can also complain to Israel’s Privacy Protection Authority or to the data protection authority in your country.
8. Cookies
- Essential cookies keep your cart, checkout and payment working and protect the site from abuse (WooCommerce, Stripe, Cloudflare). The site cannot work without them.
- Analytics and advertising cookies (Google) help us understand which pages and ads are useful.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block essential cookies, booking may not work.
9. Security
The website runs over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Card details are entered into Stripe’s secure payment form and go straight to Stripe, which is certified to the PCI DSS standard. Access to booking data is limited to the people who need it to run your tour.
10. Children
Bookings must be made by an adult. When you book for a child, you confirm you are their parent or guardian, or have their parent’s or guardian’s permission to share their details with us.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our services or the law change. The date at the top shows the latest version.
